Revisiting the Hopping Down the Bunny Trail Wreath

Hey there!  Yes, I am still fighting the aftermath of having a bad flu and not being able to get a whole lot done in the course of my day.  With that in mind, I thought I would share one more blast from the past from my blog.  Years ago, I made this cute Easter wreath and since it was fun and easy to make, I thought I would share the process with you again.

Here are the ingredients I used to make the wreath:

A Wreath Form

Pom-poms

Various Easter Colored "Ribbons"

Felt Bunnies

 Flat Satin Ribbon

First, wrap the wreath form with a flat satin ribbon, any flat ribbon will do actually.

Next, I wrapped the form with a funky frilly ribbon.  Fun, huh?

I wrapped the wreath form with yet another mint green ribbon that had pom-poms on it, as well.

More fun!

This laid the base for the final step, which was adding the felt bunnies, pom-poms and pink

pom-pom ribbon trim.

Here is the final product.  It was small but mighty cute!

I think next time I would add a sweet bow, too.  That would have finished the wreath

off nicely.  I am surprised I didn't think of that before :).

I hope you had fun with this little tutorial.  I think you could make a similar wreath with finds from your local craft store. The interesting ribbons were what made the wreath, I think.  Let your imagination go wild :).
